EDI Customs gives custom notification from custom partners and gives decision by custom administration using international standardization format trough computer system and data communication devices.

Importir

Imports Notification document (PIB/BC 2.0) transfered by importir to Customs Service Office (Kantor Pelayanan Bea & Cukai) using EDI system had been implemented in Jakarta since 1997.

With using EDI system, importir send CUSDEC ( Customs Declaration ) which is UN/EDIFACT standard document that used as PIB document representation for KPBC. Then, KPBC will give CUSRES ( Customs Response ) which are customs decision responses for PIB received document.

In order to fulfilled DJBC ‘s task and function in customs, is watching goods entrance and outbound from customs area. Indonesian Republic with duty gleanings based on legislate (Statute No. 10 year 1995 about Customs) requisite a tool that can occupy austerity processes requirements and facilitating with document services implemented system based on information technology.

Those thing due to WTO ( World Trade Organization ) and dan WCO ( World Customs Organization ) recommendation in information technology improvised on customs service system.

Exportir

Exportir is personification or firms whom received Company Number (NIPER) had been issued by Monetary Information and Technology (BINTEK Keuangan).

Export Notification (PEB) is a customs notice used to notify export ware that fits BC 3.0. Inquiry Notification (PPB) is a notice for exporter from Customs that going to do physical check for export ware.

Customs Verify Reports (LPBC) is a custom check of export ware outcome report which gets export convenience issued by Lading Office.

Treaty of lading (PM) is an agreement sheet gave by Functionary to any hardware that get export convinience to protect export ware gate to Customs Area and lading on vessel.

Customs Verifying Indentity (TPPBC) is a security beck such a hand sign and date written or any other security beck attached by Verifyer to export ware that had been checked.

Export Seal is a security beck attached or placed by Stuffing Functionary on a container or packing ware.

Consolidation place for export ware is a collected export ware consolidation before export ware entered customs area that could be located in consolidator place, company in one group or a self service export ware consolidation company.
